PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT

1. Payment

You can pay for the goods in all the ways specified in the e-shop.
A bank transfer is possible, indicating the order number.
The order is processed only after receiving payment.

2. Delivery

Lithuania: free, shipped within 1-2 business days. Tracking number provided.
International: Europe €12, UK €14, USA €18, other countries €18.
All shipments are sent by registered mail or via courier services with a tracking code.
The seller is responsible for the loss or damage of the goods before delivery to the customer.

3. Return and exchange

Right to withdraw within 14 days

The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal is sent by e-mail to melvi.info@gmail.com (free form or provided form).
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the product is not defective.

Refunds are made via the same payment method within 14 days.

The contract cannot be terminated if the defect in the product is minor (CC Art. 6.364, paragraph 5).

 Return conditionsThe item must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags and accessories.
It is allowed to try on, but not wear.
It is recommended to pack it properly to avoid damage during travel.
If the value of the item has decreased due to the buyer's actions, the refund amount may be reduced proportionally.Defective goods (warranty)2-year warranty according to the law.
Report the defect within 3 months of its discovery.
If the defect existed at the time of delivery of the item, the seller will repair, replace or refund the money.
The seller will cover the return shipping costs.ExchangeIt is possible to change the size or color if such an item is in stock.
