RETURN & EXCHANGE
Methods of returning goods:
If you changed your mind or didn't like the purchased product, you can return it by contacting MELVÌ administration by e-mail melvi.info@gmail.com or our social platforms. We will send you all the information you need to return the product on e-mail or private message. The Customer pays for this return costs.
Return conditions:
If the reason for the return of the product is faulty item, we replace such product with a product of appropriate quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product. Inappropriate quality goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with Government Resolution No. 11-06-2001. 697 of the approved Retail Trade Rules. In this case, we pay the costs of returning the goods.
You may return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. Conditions for accepted returns:
- the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging. Note - an opened package is not considered a damage if the purpose was to make sure that the item received corresponds to the description given in the online store;
- no damage (tears, pulls, snags, stretched fabric);
- no odors (perfume, tobacco, sweat, etc.)
- all original tags and labels attached;
- original packaging and any included accessories.

Manufacturing defects vs. misuse
Only faults that existed before the item was worn or used are considered manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by Buyer use, storage, or cleaning is not considered a defect and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Right to refuse a return
MELVÌ reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Please note: By purchasing our delicate garments, you acknowledge responsibility for their proper use and care. Some of our pieces are crafted from premium materials and require thoughtful handling. We recommend following the care instructions and using common sense when wearing them, as they are not designed for excessive stress or misuse.
Other return and exchange conditions:
1. The customer is given the opportunity to replace the items transferred to him with other similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness or to return the goods he does not like.
2. The Customer can exercise such a right within 14 days from the moment of confirmation of the order. This right of the Customer is associated with the fact that the Customer is dissatisfied with the dimensions, shape, colour, model or completeness of the respective goods.
3. Exchange and return of goods are possible only when the goods being exchanged or returned meet the following requirements:
a) were not used;
b) were not damaged;
c) preserved consumer properties of the goods;
d) has not lost its commercial appearance.
4. Changes to the packaging, which are necessary to inspect the product, are not considered essential damage or loss of the product's appearance. In all cases, the goods must be returned in their original packaging.
5. We do not have a physical location for returning goods.
6. The rules for exchange and return of items (based on the wording of Order No. 4-243 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated March 15, 2012) determine the goods that can be returned or exchanged only with the consent of the seller.
7. Exchange or return of items is carried out after contacting the Customer personally. The customer will be told the address to which the return must be made and asked to provide information for the refund.
8. In cases where goods are exchanged and a price difference occurs during such exchange, the Customer must pay MELVÌ the price difference.
9. In cases where MELVÌ does not have items suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Customer, excluding the price for shipping costs.

Refund
Money is transferred within 3-5 days. from the delivery of the returned product to the MELVÌ warehouse. If there are any questions regarding compliance with the terms of return or exchange of the product, we will contact you individually.
Note! If the goods are exchanged, we will deliver them (if goods are in stock) within 3-5 working days from the delivery of the exchanged goods to the MELVÌ warehouse within the borders of Lithuania.
