Payment & shipping
1. Payment Methods
- You can pay for products using the standard payment methods available in our online store’s shopping cart.
- Bank Transfer: You can also pay via direct bank transfer. If you choose this option, please make the payment to our account and indicate your order number in the payment reference.
- Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
2. Pre-Orders
- If you order a product as a pre-order, it will be manufactured within 10 business days and shipped to your provided address like a regular order.
- Custom-made products (e.g., with length adjustments) are considered made according to the customer’s specific request and cannot be returned (Civil Code 6.228(10) Article 2, point 3).
- If production is delayed due to fabric supplier issues, we will notify you immediately. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. Shipping in Lithuania
- Shipping within Lithuania is free, regardless of the order amount.
- Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Most shipments are delivered via OMNIVA parcel terminals. If you do not specify a preferred terminal during checkout, we will select the terminal closest to your address.
- Products are delivered within 1–2 business days from the shipping date. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
4. International Shipping
- Shipping rates abroad:
- Europe – €12
- United Kingdom – €14
- USA – €18
- Other countries – €18
- International shipments are sent via registered mail or courier services, with a tracking code.
5. Responsibility
- The seller is responsible for loss or damage of products during transportation until the item is handed over to the customer.
- If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately via email: melvi.info@gmail.com and include photos of the package and the defect.
