In order for the handmade clothing to retain its colour, shape and quality, we recommend washing by hand not above 30°C.

Another great way is dry cleaning, which will ensure that the material remains firm for a longer period of time.

If you wash in a washing machine, use only the product-saving mode, at a temperature no higher than 30 degrees, and we recommend turning off the spin cycle. We do not recommend drying on direct sunlight.

Our items is often made from delicate fabrics – handle with care.

1. Payment Methods

• You can pay for products using the standard payment methods available in our online store’s shopping cart.
• Bank Transfer: You can also pay via direct bank transfer. If you choose this option, please make the payment to our account and indicate your order number in the payment reference.
• Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

2. Pre-Orders

• If you order a product as a pre-order, it will be manufactured within 10 business days and shipped to your provided address like a regular order.
• Custom-made products (e.g., with length adjustments) are considered made according to the customer’s specific request and cannot be returned (Civil Code 6.228(10) Article 2, point 3).
• If production is delayed due to fabric supplier issues, we will notify you immediately. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

3. Shipping in Lithuania

• Shipping within Lithuania is free, regardless of the order amount.
• Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Most shipments are delivered via OMNIVA parcel terminals. If you do not specify a preferred terminal during checkout, we will select the terminal closest to your address.
• Products are delivered within 1–2 business days from the shipping date. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

4. International Shipping

• Shipping rates abroad:Europe – €12United Kingdom – €14USA – €18Other countries – €18
• International shipments are sent via registered mail or courier services, with a tracking code.

5. Responsibility

• The seller is responsible for loss or damage of products during transportation until the item is handed over to the customer.
